簡史
上帝時刻在選召人，祂感動我們要在台灣推動前往世界宣教的異象。此異象始於本協會理事長周淑慧牧師回應神給她的異象與負擔，即共產開放後的國家需要福音。經由禱告，並贏得美國台福總會的支持，遂於一九九六年成立超宗派的宣教機構「普世豐盛生命中心」於美國南加州。神賜我們力量壯膽跟隨祂，並承蒙各地由神所興起的宣教士、宣教機構、眾教會的共襄盛舉，十多年來不僅擴張宣教工場的帳幕之地，也在世界許多地方開辦神學院，以培育宣教工場所需的全職或帶職事奉工人。鑑於神的宏大恩慈及神所定的時刻，盼望將神所賜豐厚恩典回饋台灣，於二零零八年六月通過內政部的核准成立「臺灣普世豐盛生命協會」。願上帝帶領人興起台灣事工，讓我們看見上帝所期待的藉著我們一起實踐出來。
本協會成立的宗旨
本會為依法設立之非營利性社會團體，以揭示真理；建立個人健全的品格；增進家庭生活的和諧美滿；推動社會道德的提升，將基督耶穌的福音傳到普世，期使世人得著豐盛的生命為宗旨。
本協會成立之目的
一、 推動宣教教育，提昇宣教心及宣教行動。
二、 協助教會帶領及訓練短宣隊員進入實際宣教行動。
三、 於各社區、職場、教會舉辦生命講座與活動。
四、 推動全人健康教育，建立健康家庭。
五、 藉各式影音、文字等媒體，傳播耶穌基督福音。
六、 關懷、探訪旅居國外之本國企業人士，傳遞耶穌基督福音。
七、 聘請國內外的專業領域人士，在國內外各地貢獻其才能。

Taiwan GLEC Association
Brief History
By God's choosing He has given us the vision to spread the Gospel to the world from Taiwan. The Association is the result of the response from Director Susan Chou who also sees a need for the Gospel in post-Communist nations. With much prayer and support from the Evangelical Formosan Church General Assembly, the Global Life Enrichment Center ("GLEC") was established in Southern California in 1996. By God's strength and help from His missionaries, organizations, and churches, GLEC has not only expanded its missions reach but also started seminary schools all over the world to develop full-time and part-time leaders in the mission fields. With hopes to give back God's immense grace and abundance to Taiwan, the Taiwan GLEC Association was established in June 2008. We pray that God will lead many to join the Taiwan ministries and hope to see His wishes realized by our actions.
Mission Statement
The Association is established by law as a non-profit civil organization. To reveal the Truth; build character of an individual; promote family life; develop higher moral standards in the community; and spread the Gospel of Jesus to the world in hopes of life enrichment for all.
Our Purpose
1. Promote Gospel education, heart for missions, and produce real actions.
2. Assist churches in leadership and train short-term mission teams to activate their projects.
3. Hold seminars and events in various communities, workplaces, and churches.
4. Promote a comprehensive health education and build healthy families.
5. Preach the Gospel using a variety of media and technology.
6. Preach the Gospel and care for the overseas Taiwanese business population.
7. Invite subject matter experts here and abroad to contribute for the greater good of the community.
